#FunFact The post partum journey is not linear. It has its ups & downs, its highs & lows. Sometimes I take two steps forward & then ome step backwards. Other times I go between unimaginable love for my child & missing the level of freedom & flexibility I once had. In those moments I remind myself that it's ok & give myself grace. So with time, I’ve gotten better at flowing, not resisting, not being perfect, not being hard on myself, not feeling guilt or ashamed of how I feel. Now I just let my feelings flow & let it pass, while I staying grounded in who I & remaining grateful through the process. This is life & I'm loving it.
