2025 tried me… and I tried right back 😅
From a hip injury and a gluteus medius tear that forced me into physio mode, to rebuilding step by step, rep by rep, patience by patience. Somewhere along the way I fell in love with road cycling, surprised myself with my first triathlon (okay… two of them 👀), chased trails, crossed half marathon finish lines, lined up for a full marathon… and yes, survived my second HYROX because apparently I enjoy suffering by choice.
In between all that, I leveled up in a different way too, becoming a UESCA Certified Ultra Running Coach, proof that the journey isn’t just about miles, but about knowledge, growth, and giving back.
Not every run was pretty, not every ride was smooth, but every setback taught me something. Mostly that progress doesn’t shout, it whispers… and sometimes limps.
Al hamdullilah for the strength, the lessons, and the people around me. Grateful beyond words for my wild_beasts_dxb Wild Beasts DXB teammates, my friends, and my family...
