Today marks the beginning of Daylight Saving Time in most of the United States. At 2:00 a.m., clocks moved forward one hour to 3:00 a.m. — the moment many people call “spring forward.”
Yes, it means one hour less sleep, but it also means longer evenings and more daylight after work and school. As we move closer to spring and summer, the extra daylight can boost outdoor activity, energy, and productivity.
While most of the country follows this time change, places like Hawaii and most of Arizona do not adjust their clocks.
Some people love the longer evenings. Others wish the clock never changed at all.
So tell us — do you like Daylight Saving Time, or should we stop changing the clocks every year?
