Harvard GSD Studio Core 3, Fall 2021 - "The Plates That Shift and The Cores That Grow" Location: Boston, Massachussets. Our project aims to break the mold of a generic office space by utilizing different core sizes, architectural spaces, and stairs directionality to accommodate diverse needs. We started by studying office typologies and pinwheeling foam models to create a non-monotonic spatial experience. The project offers small, medium, and large spaces for varying functions and noise levels, and the stairs serve as both a communal space and choreographic element.
