I call this a color cut - where the cut alone makes it look like you had your color done, but in actuality, the cut removes the unhealthy/unwanted hair giving the color a new lease on life. My client was “over” her color and had been growing out her hair for a “big chop” to remove her over-processed ends. After our consultation, we were able to determine that the layering length would remove most of the dry ends while keeping her hair much longer than she expected.
