This is totally me at an open house but the reason I do open houses it’s because it exposes my listings to more buyers and I’m able to pop up on some other sites that suggest my open house to active home buyers that might already have a realtor but they’re looking on their own as well. They said open houses don’t work. We have been able to get houses under contract the same day of the open houses with buyers that came without their realtor and then later on their Realtor sent us their best offer. So don’t underestimate the power of open houses when you’re listing your home in Charlotte, NC or even in surrounding areas.
