Meet Laura Estremera! 🎉👩‍🎓 Laura is a driven and talented student, pursuing three majors! She is currently getting her Masters in Spanish, with a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Digital Art. Originally from Puerto Rico, Laura has found a second home at UNCW. She appreciates the nature Wilmington has to offer between the state parks and aquariums. Despite her diverse academic interests, Laura still manages to enjoy and excel in her math and computer science classes. She particularly enjoys the challenge and logic behind discrete mathematical theories. One of her favorite professors has been Ms. Peter's from an Algebra class. Not only is she an wonderful educator, but also an academic mentor to her students inside and outside of the classroom. When not in class, Laura enjoys arts, drawing, and gardening.
