Dry January what? 🫢🚫🍷
Yes, I totally understand the intention: a reset, more clarity, better habits.
But I want to challenge something: Why does balance have to come from abstinence?
Personally, I don’t believe in Dry January. I believe in moderation all year round. 🙏
Because wine isn’t just “a drink”. It’s culture, gastronomy, connection, storytelling.
What matters is:
✨ how we drink
✨ why we drink
✨ and what role it plays in our life
Instead of 31 days of extremes, I’d rather see:
âś… mindful choices
âś… fewer but better glasses
âś… intentional drinking with food
âś… honest check-ins without guilt
Dry January is fine, if it helps you.
But it shouldn’t be the only way we define “healthy”.
💬 What’s your take: does Dry January help you reset? Or do you prefer building moderation habits all year? ✍️
