Dry January what? 🫢🚫🍷 Yes, I totally understand the intention: a reset, more clarity, better habits. But I want to challenge something: Why does balance have to come from abstinence? Personally, I don’t believe in Dry January. I believe in moderation all year round. 🙏 Because wine isn’t just “a drink”. It’s culture, gastronomy, connection, storytelling. What matters is: ✨ how we drink ✨ why we drink ✨ and what role it plays in our life Instead of 31 days of extremes, I’d rather see: ✅ mindful choices ✅ fewer but better glasses ✅ intentional drinking with food ✅ honest check-ins without guilt Dry January is fine, if it helps you. But it shouldn’t be the only way we define “healthy”. 💬 What’s your take: does Dry January help you reset? Or do you prefer building moderation habits all year? ✍️ #wine #winetrends #winecommunity #wineindustry • • #winecellar #winery #vineyard #winelife #travellife #rosewine #wineblogger #winetravel #winecountry #traveltheworld #wineoclock #r...
