Where all walking into a big shifting season. We have to learn to let go of, the good, the bad, and the ugly… What I’ve learnt, in my season… Performing to prove yourself is loud, rushing to be seen, needed, and validated. Knowing your worth is quiet power, not every moment needs you to jump in, sometimes you sit back, observe, and let discernment lead. We each carry a unique value, and knowing when to apply it , or when to give way so someone else can shine, only happens when we believe we’re already enough. That’s why I call myself Little Girl, returning to humanity before the systems taught us to earn it. Take accountability for your own mind, be patient, love yourself, admit where you need help, learn from others, and make space to listen when God speaks….🫶🏼 I don’t just enjoy who I work with, I’m blessed to have a space to become better everyday.
