My favorite talk yet!🔥 Last night at suitssneakers hearing joey_evans_132 share his “Para to Dakar” journey hit me deeply, because behind the headline of a man who was paralysed in 2007 and went on to take on the RALLY DAKAR years later, there’s a story of relentless rehab, mental battles, and the quiet weight of holding a dream together when life keeps pushing back. But what stood out to me most wasn’t only his grit it was his family…. The way they stood by him through the hardest seasons reminded me how many of us are fighting health struggles, grief, and the war in our minds while trying to keep a dream alive, often under financial pressure too. And we don’t always realise what a gift it is to have people who believe in our dream as much as we do people willing to sacrifice with us so we can reach what God placed on our hearts. No all of us have this but, If you have family or people around you like this, thank them, appropriate them, and also remember to show up for them too…...
