Running Metaphysical Wellness from abroad means my days look different now, and that’s by design.
Here in Italy, I’m up early to align with the Australia, where my staff are located. The mornings are focused and fast-paced, a lot of meetings are spent refining ideas, reviewing client cases, approving processes and making decisions that move the mission forward.
Once my team is offline, my solo work looks like refining systems, planning new offers, and building infrastructure that keeps our coaching high-touch, even as we grow.
Not every day is perfectly balanced. Some mornings, I can train and/or take a break. Others, it’s all hands on deck. That’s the reality of leading a remote clinical team with global impact in mind.
