Start in a neutral position with a solid stance. With your inside hand, grab your opponent’s triceps (just above the elbow) on their opposite arm. Use your outside hand to grip their wrist or forearm. Pull their arm across your body forcefully while stepping diagonally toward their side or back with your inside leg. Rotate your upper body and use your whole body weight for momentum.
#2 Snapdown
Use a collar tie (one hand grips the back of their neck) and control their wrist or arm with your other hand.Apply forward pressure by pulling their head down slightly with your collar tie and pushing their arm or shoulder to keep them engaged.This forces your opponent to resist and creates tension for the snap-down.
