I am forever grateful for my time as a student-athlete. Hard to believe it's been nearly 4 years since I have competed. I learned a lot about who I was and a LOT about adversity. Competing at the highest level was not easy. I had several opportunities to hang it up, and probably should have, but sticking with it and enjoying the journey as much as I could have allowed me to understand what it takes to GROW. I know about setting goals, and the work it takes to achieve those goals. It's not glamorous like results are, but the journey is so worth it.
