Officers advanced after Downtown Capt. David Schofield made the call to break up the crowd. Officers began sounding out over a megaphone at 8:25 p.m., “The Banks is now closed.” Interim CPD Chief Adam Hennie and several commanders were on the scene, along with dozens of officers and Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies.
