Through the Aging-Related Task Force, services and partnerships have been strengthened to better meet the needs of our growing senior population, helping ensure that aging in place remains a safe and supported option across the island. 🌿
Access to nutritious meals and essential services has also expanded in meaningful ways. From growing congregate meal sites and home-delivered meal programs to partnering with local organizations to provide meal kits and fresh produce, these efforts are improving food security and overall well-being.
