“Cubism” In-camera multiple exposures taken during the semifinal game between uapblionsmbb and southernu_mbb I’ve spoken on this before but I enjoy using multiple exposures to add context and elevate repetitive actions. I’ve used similar compositions while photographing baseball but I haven’t experimented outside of the sport due to the sporadic nature of gameplay in other sports. In gatewayarena there are various murals and artwork located around the upper concourse which I took note of earlier in the day. During timeouts and slow moments in game I’d recall these images to create multiple exposures utilizing the canonusa R6 Mark II As I reviewed the photos they reminded me of similarities in cubism and while not intentional it’s an interesting method of composition I’d like to explore further. Often I take photographs that may not have meaning in the current moment but I find that the practice of following your creative intuition allows you to recall it in future scenarios.
