I don’t accept invitations that don’t feel right to me; my time and work are valuable, and the experience has to match that. This one did, which is why I’m comfortable recommending it. Highlights • Smoked beef fillet – perfectly cooked and very well balanced • Duck samosas – lightly spiced and a great start to the meal • Fallow deer – rich mole jus and strong flavour • Guinea fowl – lifted nicely with cranberry • Desserts – a solid finish to the menu 📍Location The Waldorf Hilton, Aldwych Entrance is directly through the hotel. ⏱️Opening Hours • Dinner service: 17:30 – 22:30 • Bar: from 16:00 until late If you’re planning a dinner out, this is definitely one to keep on your list.
