My last training was for my last fight in Thailand at Por Pramuk fifteen years ago Then I had one session with my brother sosoboxing in Paris about ten years ago. Let's revive those skills; muay Thai, ju-jitsu, and judo, for one purpose to balance my journey and give me the strength to go into a new life goal remembering a  traditional but powerful quote " A Strong spirit in a Strong body."
