Find a place where you can sit quietly with the earth. A tree, a patch of grass, even a garden will do. Notice what the land has already let go of. Leaves that have fallen. Petals that have dried. Branches that completed their cycle.
Nature does not cling past its season.
Let yourself sit with the question:
What in my life might be ready for a dignified ending so that something new can grow?
