Only quality fish!! Diving every 2 min in average for a dive time of 3 to 4 min. From 30 to 50 dives that day with a max depth of 40 meters... Extrem but this how I love to speafish! I definitly don't recommend to do this as the risk of DCS and you need expérience and training wit it. But I never had this all my life so I believe I found the right balance with right the amount of hours of rest, sleep, diet and hydration. And I do this only when there is the right weather condition for speafishing to increase the chance to see what I am searching for!
