**Post partum transformation alert**
Being a fitness coach myself I had doubts too, if I could come back to pre pregnancy weight, pre pregnancy looks, pre pregnancy energy levels and pre pregnancy mindset.
And I know so many mothers are sailing in same boat with me.
Here are few things I did immediately post partum. ⬇️
1. Started with post partum repair exercises : Working on core and pelvic floor avoided DR and Urinary incontinence completely.🌸
2. Setting a daily but small step target: Walking was the only savior that kept uplifted my mood and kept PPD away.🌸
3. Focused on building strength and stamina: 4 month post partum I started lifting light weights along with walking 5 K steps daily.🌸
4. Having faith on myself that ‘I can bounce back’.🌸
If you’re looking for a post partum guidance, or undergoing post partum complications, I am right here to help you mama.🌸 DM me.
