One. Secure the bag before you take the first step
Do not rush the setup.
If the sandbag is sliding, bouncing, or shifting, you will waste energy fighting it instead of moving forward. A stable load keeps your chest up, your stride consistent, and your breathing controlled. A few seconds of setup gives you minutes of efficiency.
