Modesty is beautiful. As a teenager I thought in order to be beautiful you must dress like everyone else. I didn’t know that being modest and dressing beautiful can be combined. Looks were always super important to me, especially growing up. We were taught this wrong narrative about body image, beauty and modesty. Modesty helped me so much with finding my own sense of style as well as develop my personal femininity. Through modesty I didn’t just start being comfortable with my feminine energy and femininity but it also became a huge part of who I am right now and I love it! You can dress revealing and look beautiful. You can dress modest and be beautiful. It’s about having the privilege of having a choice. That being said…I find modesty absolutely beautiful!
