HYROX Dallas 2025 Spectator Guide
If you are coming to watch the race, here is how the Dallas layout works and where to stand so you can actually see the athletes. The venue is big, the course loops tightly, and the stations are spread across the floor, so having a plan matters.
How HYROX works
Eight runs.
Eight stations.
Run a lap, do a station, repeat that eight times. Fastest time wins.
What is unique about Dallas
The run course wraps around the outside of the venue which means you can see athletes on almost every lap without moving far. If you want to track your athlete through the entire race, stand anywhere along the run lane and you will see them after every station.
The sleds and burpees sit deep on the floor, so visibility is tighter. If you want to watch the sled push or sled pull, get to the edges early before the crowds pack in. The burpee area also fills quickly, so move there before your athlete reaches the third station.
