Are you drilling stainless and burning out tips?🤦🏻 Yeah this was me, typical 26mm holes along with some 14s I was using so much cutting paste/oil and the mag drill bits wasn’t lasting longer than 5 holes. Yes they were " they were made " for stainless steel! I was suggested using holemakertechnology carbide mag drill bits! These bad boys literally blasted through the stainless hole after hole after hole! They was much quicker I didn’t have to use as much cutting paste or oil either! One 26mm bit has blasted through at least 50 holes and it’s still sharp with barely a scratch on the cutting edges of the bit! Absolute game changer in my eyes they may be a little more expensive than normal mag still bits but when you look at it I was doing around £70 a day in bits compared to one HMT bit the cost is nothing!
