As an 18-year-old with the #NHLJets, Hawerchuk led all NHL rookies with 45 goals and 103 points and won the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1982 as top rookie. Hawerchuk was so dominant in his first NHL season he finished fifth in Hart Trophy voting.
