Recruitment in our industry is broken for shops, for freelancers, for students coming through colleges with no clear route into work. So instead of moaning about it, I decided to build something. Over the last year I’ve taught myself code, systems, UX, and AI, and poured everything I know about barbering, hair, beauty, and business into one tool. Not another social platform. Not noise. A proper utility built by someone who actually works in the industry. The beta is live now and free to join.
