This video has taken me ages to put together, both in practice and mentally. I’m starting a series of videos on the state of the high street, barbering, business maths, and everything in between. I had to begin with the numbers, because once you look at the maths, the truth is glaring: so many shops simply aren’t viable or sustainable. I’ve been to hell and back running a small business, and I’m trying to share the lessons I learned the hard way.
