Work in December looked like this. I think, as a startup founder, there are different phases and stages in your life and the phase I’m in right now needed me to lock in over December. But here’s what I’m learning while building: don’t wait for the big moment to let yourself feel proud, grateful, or present. The destination will keep moving. The goals will keep evolving. If you only let yourself enjoy life once you’ve arrived, you’ll miss the whole point of the journey. So I’m choosing to honour this season for what it is: long days, big dreams, quiet discipline, and small wins that add up. If you’re in a similar phase, keep going. Lock in when you need to, rest when you can, and celebrate progress while it’s happening. This is what building looks like. #startupfounder
