If you design something, every human error in the process might be a mistake or an opportunity. It’s your human responsibility to treat it the right way. I saw too many times that people try to hide or correct mistakes too fast without giving themselves the time and opportunity to think about the mistake. In my opinion, it’s the only way to learn something. Next time you make an error, and you think it is a mistake and your first thought will be to correct it immediately, stop and give yourself time to think what positive you can make from it just by doing opposite to what you’d normally do.
