Advent advice from uncle Mariusz, part 7: I used to evaluate myself constantly. Was I doing well? Was I failing? It was exhausting. So, I changed my approach. Now, when I create, I focus on creating. I leave the judgment for when the work is done. This keeps me from sabotaging myself.
