Let’s be honest. Adding new features, screens, elements is what you do at work. But what about just removing things. JUST means: 1. Discovering what is unnecessary 2. Removing it 3. Testing it with users 4. Convincing stakeholders that’s a good thing to do 5. Thinking “what will I add to my portfolio” 6.
