The Refinery at Domino is a masterclass in adaptive reuse: where architecture, engineering, and history converge to create something entirely new. Conceived by we.are.pau and engineered by focchigroup, with fabrication by Tvitec and Cricursa, the penthouse structure is composed of monumental double-glazed panels, some spanning up to 20 feet. The result is a striking glass crown that floats above the landmarked brick of the former Domino Sugar Factory. Beyond its scale, the penthouse is a study in performance.
