I know the truth racquelfrisella … I get a lot of the credit but the truth is, she deserves more. She’s a rockstar wife, and incredible Mom and a gangster of an entrepreneur on her own. While I was out doing my best, so was she… she just doesn’t get the credit for it. People grossly underestimate the power and the impact that a strong partner will have on your life. Racquel supported my dreams before they were easy to support. Just like the wedding vows stated…She has been in there in the good times and in the bad. I know this for certain, the support structure that you build at home is as important as the sub structure in culture you create at work. Why? Because when it gets tough, and it will, they will understand what that support actually means to you. They will understand that you’re out there pioneering a life for you and your family and if you take your craft serious, you know it’s not built between the hours of 9-5… it’s a lifestyle. At times it will be inconvenient...
