Whether we like it our not… we are 50% of the equation when it comes to the problems in our lives. Accountability and self awareness are certainly lacking in todays society and it’s something I try very hard to teach and instill to our team here at 1stphorm . It’s a reminder that our choices, actions, and attitudes play a significant role in the challenges we face… and more importantly the outcomes we have. While external factors do matter, ultimately our reactions and decisions matter just as much… and in some cases more. What I have learned is that embracing this idea empowers us to truly take control of our lives. And that simple trick can truly be the freedom that you need to understand that you are in control.
