Honored to have been chosen as one of this year's Goalkeepers, joining changemakers from across the globe in New York to push forward a mission we cannot ignore: ending preventable child deaths! In just two decades, we've cut child deaths from 10 million to 5 million a year. But almost isn't enough! Our goal now is to cut that number in at least half again. Every child deserves to grow up! From hearing leaders and innovators from across the globe, to meeting thisisbillgates and the gatesfoundation team, to interviewing Gates Foundations CEO, Mark Suzman on what it will take to get there .. it was powerful, hopeful, and deeply personal. Even in a world that often feels divided, it was inspiring to see so much compassion, determination, and urgency in one place.
