Going to enjoy this with a nice oozy cheesy grill cheese sandwich. Wait, did i say cheese twice? Ah well, not gonna say no to an extra yummy, simple and comforting dinner Into the oven goes tomatoes, onion, i used bell Pepper but that's optional, and garlic. Smother with some oil, salt, pepper, oregano maybe....and let it bake at 180C for about 30min. Blend it up nicely once cooled. Onto the stove top we go, add in chicken/veggie broth to the blended mix and let it come to a boil. It's done!
