Last year I got an opportunity to work on an amazing project for National Geographic called Planet or Plastic. I was invited to work with 12 illustrators from different countries. Needless to say that it has been an honour to work for Nat Geo. Besides, being a unique and innovative initiative, this project has grown quite popular, especially in the middle east. More things are coming up in the same. My concept was about a balance. There needs to be a balance between Nature & development. The plastic-waste that we create has a life-span which exceeds the life of all the organisms on earth. Our today’s negligence can cost some organism’s life and this can’t be called ‘balance’ in any way! -This campaign gave me an opportunity to send out a message to everyone using my skills.
