POV: Don’t underestimate a Filipino singer-songwriter who can rock K-pop world. Sharing a little personal story about seeing Gwyn Dorado. We visited her Sing Again 4 mini concert in Incheon, and hearing her live made me admire her even more. I had already listened to her on YouTube, Instagram, and other social media, but seeing her perform in person was a completely different experience. It also felt a bit surreal seeing her during the I-Witness documentary filming. She was warm, humble, and very down to earth. It’s always different seeing someone you’ve only watched on screen and then finally seeing them in real life. And here’s the funny part… OMG I didn’t even realize at first that we’re both Thomasians! 🤍💛 We both went to UST. Such a small world, and it made the moment even more special for me. Looking back, we never really know how big someone will become one day… but I had a feeling she would rock the world someday. And yes, I was lucky enough to see that moment. Hi, Gwyn...
