I finally did it.. >>•——•> 💍 • After waiting for the perfect conditions; a bit of snow dusting on the mountain and a perfect clear day ON A weekend, I took my shot! • I’d been holding onto this amazing custom ring made by the SUPER-TALENTED Siân from bertjewellery for weeks and it was burning a hole in my pocket! Every time I planned to get to the top of Mount Wellington/Kunanyi it was either raining, storming, covered in fog or snowing so much the roads were closed! • Finally everything aligned & up we went. We took Ruby with us of course & halfway down a walking trail atop the mountain in amongst the beautiful snow covered rocks & trees I couldn’t stand it anymore, I dropped to one knee, declared my love & asked if she would be my everything for always. And she said yes. • I chose the top of Mount Wellington because obviously it’s very beautiful up there with stunning views.
