Millennium Day 2000 at the United Nations The purpose of Millennium Day was to inspire a new generation to embrace peace, unity, and the awakening of human consciousness. I was chosen to open September 19, 2000 celebration at the United Nations, where I offered a unique workshop to 450 children from every corner of the world, together with Mrs. Annan. Children representing diverse cultures, languages, and traditions gathered with one shared intention: to create Peace and ignite a new Light within humanity. Important dignitaries were present. Mrs. Nane Annan, the first lady of Colombia, and Mrs. Betty Williams, 1976 Nobel Peace Prize and others. In this transformational workshop, I combined music and painting to help elevate and align the subtle energies of the human body. Through color, sound, and creative expression, the children began to connect with their inner harmony; awakening a deeper sense of empathy, joy, and unity.
