📍Beacon files: Hudson Valley, NY is a special place, mainly because I get to see family…but I always feel peaceful here…situated by the River Hudson and Mount Beacon I never get over how beautiful it is. I finally got to meet the newest addition to the family, rescued from a kill shelter, she is such a chilled out and sweet dog, it’s awful to think that’s where she had ended up. Main Street is full of amazing independent coffeeshops, bars, restaurants and local wine shops. matchathomas makes the best matcha I have ever had and hakanchocolatier the best chocolate chip cookie I have ever eaten.
