I will die on this hill… 👀 Having an ADHDer as an employee can be such an asset and advantage. 

For years it’s only been our struggles that have been the focus point but there are so many positive traits people with ADHD tend to have a wealth of too.  * Resilience  * Creativity  * Problem solving  * Courageous  * Intuitive & empathetic  * High energy  * Loyal  * The list goes on…. The problem isn’t always with us, sometimes it’s the environment, sometimes its lack of flexibility and support.  Being diagnosed later in life can mean your self esteem has been torn apart by always being told you’re too much, too lazy, being told off for getting it wrong, not keeping up, not fitting into the neurotypical structure that was never built for us.  This is your reminder: you are not broken, you are powerful. ⚡️ ADHD comes with challenges but it also comes with leverage.
