When 10 to 20 shots rang out in Salina, Kansas, witnesses reported a gray Dodge Charger leaving the area. Using Flock license plate reader cameras, @Salinakspolicedepartment located the vehicle and worked with Saline County Sheriff’s to arrest the suspect without incident at a nearby gas station.
