1️⃣ The 5 minute rule (beat procrastination instantly): The hardest part is never studying... it’s STARTING. Tell yourself you’ll study for JUST 5mins. That’s it. Once you begin, your brain activates the Zeigarnik effect (it hates leaving things unfinished)! Most of the time, those 5 minutes turn into 50. Start small. Momentum will do the rest. 2️⃣ The 80/20 rule (pareto principle): Not all effort gives equal results. Focus on the 20% of topics that bring 80% of your marks. How? Analyze past papers, class notes and your teacher’s “important” hints. You’ll realize: toppers don’t study more...they study WHAT MATTERS MOST. 3️⃣ Parkinson’s Law (the urgency trick): Work expands to fill the time you give it.
