New job, new look! alvinrenz got some great headshots of me today. Every day now I go into work at one of Florida's top production companies as a full-time director and I thank God for this incredible opportunity. It's taken over 10 years of blood, sweat and tears to get to the point where I feel like I'm beginning to understand the basics of being a good director. There are no shortcuts to getting there. My biggest teachers have been my failures and coming to grips with that I really don't know much. I think that has driven me to being ever curious, learning from others and always looking for new ways to tell stories.
