🌹 I’ve been really focused on building depth into my floral compositions lately. This ethereal rose garden scene was such a joy to construct and light! To create those layers, I composed the arrangement with clear foreground, middle, and background elements. Then I used the new Amaran Ray360c an OmniColor light (meaning the colours super accurate) as a soft blue fill light to add cool tones into the shadows and give the pink roses gentle contrast against the warmth of the backlight. The Ray360c’s strong output let me saturate the blue while keeping it soft through a softbox.
