Right folks… it’s happening. Myself and my good pal Blair have somehow signed ourselves up for Glasgow HYROX 🏃‍♂️💪 We’re taking part to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, in memory of two brilliant men - Alan Meldrum and Stevie Lockhart. Two proper characters who are always in our thoughts. 💙 Now, let’s be clear… Our tops will be staying firmly ON during the event. We don’t want to intimidate the rest of the competitors with our unbelievable physiques. It wouldn’t be fair. Training has been… interesting. Between work, wains, injuries, colds, and trying to remember we’re not actually 21 anymore - it’s been hard graft. There’s been more moaning than motivation at times, but we’ve stuck in. In all seriousness, it’s been great for getting us that bit fitter and pushing ourselves out our comfort zones.
