So, we thought it might be a good idea to do a little ‘About Us’ post for those of you that don’t know us. Nichol Smith Investments is a property investment and development company based in Edinburgh. We’re a husband and wife team with two 8-year-old labs called Ruby and Rosie. In addition, we now have a tiny 11-week old baby helper, Ella. We started off investing in property by purchasing run-down properties and renovating them while we lived in them. Then, every year or so, we would finish renovating our home and decide to sell and move again! We could see the potential to earn a great living in what we were doing, so we’ve bought, renovated and sold many homes together over the past ten years. Then, in 2017 we decided to leave our day jobs, sell our family home and use the capital to start funding our property journey.
