Groundworks at a property can escalate REAL FAST! 👷‍♀️ You never know what you’re gonna find or hit when you start digging! One of the houses we renovated last year threw everything at us, I mean pretty much everything. Something we hadn’t encountered before was roots blocking an old fire clay waste pipe. 🌱🪠 Once they’re in the pipe they feed of your 💩 and start to grow super fast! We had to break the front wall of the property down to get a digger in, dig the whole front garden up, get the old clay pipe out and replace it with a new plastic one. These are the types of unforeseen problems that crop up all the time in property. So, if you’re looking to make a profit, you better make sure you’ve bought the property at the right price and have nailed your numbers because this sort of stuff can hurt your pocket!
